How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
Why haven't I received my tracking number yet?
Tracking numbers are sent by email within 1–3 business days after your purchase. Please check your spam folder or contact us if you haven’t received it.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes! If the size doesn't fit, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
What if the item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 78 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
